Convention & Conference Photography

Versatile Photography provides high quality photographic coverage of conventions and conferences, including tradeshows, award ceremonies, speakers, panel discussions, educational sessions, social events, meetings, individual & group portraits, offsite events, details & documentation, galas, auctions, products or anything else your company or association may need photographs of.

On the job, we provide unlimited shooting as needed, to meet the requirements set before us. All photography is by digital capture, and delivered as high resolution .jpg files, on data disk. Within two weeks after the shoot, we deliver the image files, indexed in a web browser based format, for easy computer review. The image files have basic color and density corrections, but no custom retouching. Each data disk also comes with a printed contact sheet for a hardcopy overview of the photos.
